1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Kova Labs platform ("Service"), operated by Kova Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kova Labs provides AI-powered phone agents, appointment scheduling, lead follow-up, review generation, and related business automation tools. The Service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Transmit spam, harassing, or deceptive communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data. We will not sell your data to third parties. Call recordings and transcripts are stored securely and accessible only to authorized account users.

7. AI-Generated Communications

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate voice and text communications on your behalf. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the AI agent's behavior, scripts, and knowledge base. You acknowledge that AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate and agree to monitor communications for quality assurance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kova Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. You may cancel your subscription through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
